The Arizona Seed Crackers Society

The purpose of the club as stated in the bylaws include advancing and encouraging the knowledge, protection, care and propagation of all birds in captivitiy as well as preserving and protection of avian species in their native ecosystems. The meeting include interesting and informative guest speakers. Other events such as ice cream socials, cook outs and tours round out the calendar. The library includes a large collection of reference books and bird related material and is available to members. The club host’s a bird mart twice a year and is discounted to members. A raffle is held at each meeting. Live birds and bird related items are offered. Once a year in October, a silent auction is held.
